Second time I’ve ordered from them because I got a new phone, and I still love their products! It works as promised and I’m able to support my favorite team at the same time! Thank you!

To start off, I would like to say that the customer service is top tier! I was a dummy and somehow managed to end up choosing the wrong screen size and figured I’d just look into buying a new one, but wasn’t able to do so on the website (I believe there was a glitch that wasn’t allowing for my particular screen size) so I reached out on IG and quickly received a response! I explained the situation and shared my order number for reference, and almost immediately had a new screen shipped out that was not only the correct size, but free of charge!
After receiving the correct screen, I applied it with aide of the directions it came with, along with a special frame that helps you align the screen with your phone, which was a tremendous help for someone who has had trouble with this very thing in the past, lol, so again, it definitely helps with the application and gives me peace of mind that whenever I see the logo of my team (The Portland Trail Blazers—Go Rip City!) on my phone, it’s straight and centered.
I’d like to also add that the logo does almost completely disappear when the screen is lit, and while I can see the faintest—emphasis on ‘faintest’—impression of it, it is more so because I know it is there, and even with my own brain telling me it is there, it doesn’t stand out in any way that actually hinders what I’m looking at on my phone! The privacy aspect also does its job and when tilting my phone to the side, you can’t see what I’m looking at, but are able to enjoy the lovely sight of my team’s logo instead.
All in all, I’d like to conclude by saying that I had a great experience and would not only shop here again myself (yes, they have the guarantee for the screens, but I am also on a iPhone plan with Apple that has me getting a new one each year, so I’ll be back to purchase for the iPhone 17), but I will definitely be recommending it to others and to whomever may stumble upon this lengthy review! ☺️
