RaShaun Brown
Co-Founder, CEO
RaShaun was born in Youngstown, Ohio and raised in Westerville, Ohio, before relocating to Texas. He graduated from Ohio University with undergraduate degrees in sports management, business administration, and marketing. He also received his master’s in sports administration from Ohio University’s highly ranked sports administration program.
RaShaun began his career in sports working with Russell Athletics, the Big East Conference, and the 12th Man Foundation - fundraising for Texas A&M Athletics. While working within sports, he still had a passion for entrepreneurship and wanted to combine it with his love of sports business. RaShaun then founded RMBrown Ventures, focusing on innovative solutions within major brand licensing.
Clay Canning
Co-Founder, COO
Clay is from Lakeland, Florida. He graduated from Polk State College with a degree in business administration, focusing on entrepreneurship.
Clay started selling screen protectors on Amazon in 2017, while still in high school to earn extra cash. After having an “aha” moment, Clay worked vigorously on branding a screen protector with a Florida Gator logo - which became the first iteration of Screen Skinz. After mastering the process, Clay created custom screen protectors online and then switched his focus to major brand licensing for the product.
Randall Thom
Co-Founder
Randy is a Oregon native. He graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a degree in chemistry and received his master’s in business administration from the University of Portland. He went on to earn his doctorate in business administration from the University of Phoenix with a dissertation focused on the valuation of intangible assets for small manufacturing businesses.
Randy is a serial entrepreneur who successfully founded and exited multiple businesses. His specialties include manufacturing, leadership, intangible assets, and growing start-up businesses.
