**Screen Protector Warranty Program**


**Terms and Conditions:**


  1. **Product Registration:** Customers must register their screen protector within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty program. Registration can be completed on our website or through the provided registration form.


  1. **21-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:** Product must be registered. If a customer is dissatisfied with the screen protector for any reason, they may return it within 21 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The screen protector must be returned with no cracks to qualify for the refund.


  1. **Damaged Initial Screen Protector Replacement:** Product must be registered. If a customer receives a damaged screen protector upon delivery, we will replace the screen protector at no cost. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damaged screen protector still attached to black screen protector holder, along with their proof of purchase and product registration details. Our customer support team will verify the claim and arrange for a free replacement to be shipped promptly.


  1. **Replacements** Product must be registered. All replacement screen protectors will have a nominal fee of $12, this fee covers the cost of the replacement screen protector and shipping. Damaged screen protector must be returned. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.


5.. **Proof of Purchase:** Customers must retain their original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) for any warranty claim or return request.


  1. **Non-Transferable:** The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the screen protector.


  1. **Modification of Terms:** We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this warranty program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect claims that have already been approved before the modification.


**Note:** This warranty program is in addition to any rights provided by consumer protection laws in your region. In the event of any conflict between this warranty and the applicable consumer protection laws, the latter shall prevail.
