Sent wrong size, still no reply from support

I ordered the right size, my order history says it but for some reason, the box doesn’t say the size, so I assumed it was right until I got my phone and it was time to put it on. They sent a smaller one, I think for the regular 17, mine is 17 pro max. I reached out to support and got absolutely 0 response. Wasted my money. Will try to charge back tomorrow through my bank if I don’t hear back before the month is over. Ridiculous.
