Screen Skinz Upload Terms

All Custom Sales Are Final

Custom-designed screen protectors are not eligible for return, refund, or credit under any circumstances, unless the product delivered is defective. Customers are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy, quality, and correctness of their design prior to submitting an order.

Screen Skinz Inc. may make minor adjustments to artwork, with customer approval, if such adjustments are necessary to meet manufacturing requirements. Screen Skinz Inc. retains full discretion to determine whether any submitted artwork is suitable for production.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights

By uploading artwork, images, text, or other content (“User Content”), you confirm, represent, and warrant that:

You hold all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to use, reproduce, and distribute the User Content.
The User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, publicity right, privacy right, or any other intellectual property or personal right of any third party.
You have obtained all consents required by law for any person’s name, likeness, photograph, or identifiable features included in the design.

Screen Skinz Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, modify, or cancel any order containing User Content that:

Violates these terms,
Contains prohibited, offensive, or unlawful material,
Presents potential legal or reputational risk to Screen Skinz Inc.

If an order is cancelled for these reasons, Screen Skinz Inc. will notify you, and no further production will occur.

Indemnification

By proceeding with a custom order, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Screen Skinz Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your submission of User Content,
Any allegation that the User Content infringes the rights of a third party,
Any violation of these terms or applicable law,
Any misuse of a custom-designed product.

This obligation survives delivery, acceptance, and use of the product.

Customer Responsibility Acknowledgment

By continuing with your purchase of a custom screen protector, you acknowledge and agree that:

All custom sales are final.
Design approval is your responsibility.
You assume all legal risk relating to the content you upload.
Screen Skinz Inc. may decline or cancel orders that violate these terms.
